Payment Methods

PayPal is our preferred method of payment, although we accept personal cheques (made out to Glamorous Goodies) and uncrossed postal orders.

If paying by cheque your order will be dispatched immediately upon clearance.

International Buyers

Please note that we only accept Paypal as the payment method.  Please contact us for currency conversion, if required.

Postage & Packaging

There is a one-off charge of £5.99 on each order to cover postage and packing.

NB: Should you live in the Medway Towns area, notify Teresa and arrange a collection or delivery and save on the postage!!

Dispatch

We will endeavour to send your order out to you upon payment being received, however at busy times this may take up to 7 days.  If you have a specific date that you would like to receive your goods by please email us at Teresa@glamorousgoodies.co.uk and we will try our very best to make sure you receive your order by required date.

Returns or Damaged Products

If you receive your parcel and any items are damaged, please email us within 48 hours and we will replace them for you.

If you are not happy with your purchase, please email us and we will arrange for the goods to be returned to us and your money will be refunded upon receipt of the parcel.

We always obtain proof of postage for every parcel we send out therefore refunds for items not received will only be made if Recorded Delivery is requested (not included in P&P).
